  2. Ensure cutlines are smooth to avoid jagged edges.
  3. Prepare white borders if unable to do bleed.
  4. Irregular shaped die cut stickers will get fuzzy edges.
  5. Mild defects such dust particles below 1 micron may be present.
  6. All white colours will be transparent under transparent material.
  7. Recommended: Kiss cut + die cut for irregular shaped stickers.
  8. Files submitted are accurate in sizing and requirements.

Waterproof Label Sticker

Our waterproof label stickers come in 2 different materials. PP stickers and PET stickers, PP stickers are more environmentally friendly due to their biodegradable nature while PET stickers are thinner and more tolerant towards high or low temperatures.

These stickers are waterproof and allow you to do custom shapes and sizes allowing your brand’s logo to seemingly pop out from whatever it’s applied to. However, stickers are mainly for one-time usage and not for permanent usage despite its strong adhesive.

*If multiple designs are required for the sticker sheets, customers need to layout the designs scaled to an A3 board.

*As smooth and flat surfaces offer more surface area for adhesive to bond with, stickers adhere on such surfaces well. In comparison, for textured surfaces, adhesive has less space to bond with the surface, causing the bonding strength of the sticker to reduce significantly.

Tolerance

Size tolerance of 1-2mm

Application

Apply on clean and smooth surfaces for desirable results.

Cutting

Die cut size above 50mm diameter.
For sizes smaller than 50mm diameter, we recommend kiss cut + die cut.

Residue

PET Sticker may leave a sticky residue when removed.
