Lamination

Polymeric PVC film is a premium-grade, flexible vinyl engineered for medium- to long-term graphics and signage. Manufactured using advanced long-chain plasticisers, this film offers superior dimensional stability and reduced shrinkage compared to monomeric alternatives. With a typical outdoor lifespan of at least 2 years, polymeric PVC film provides outstanding resistance to UV, weather, and abrasion.

It appears to be a defect, but it’s not.

Polymeric PVC film,  may occasionally observe small bubbles immediately after lamination. This is a temporary occurrence caused by natural outgassing or adhesive settling. These bubbles will disappear within 48 hours as the laminate fully cures and stabilizes.

Fire Retardant

Able to slow down or stop the spread of fire in accidents.

Cutting Types

Trim to Size

Only applied on straight line cut above A4 size and not applicable for reverse sticker. No cut line file required.

Die Cut

Die Cutting will be given in individual pieces to the shape of the artwork. Cut into custom shapes to any suitable size.

Kiss Cut

Will be given in sheets where sticker can be peeled off from the backing.

Tolerance

Trimming Size tolerance of 2mm

Application

Apply on smooth surfaces for desirable results. Super Clear stickers require more skill for installation as it is harder to paste.

Cutting

Trim to Size only applied on straight line cut above A5 size.
Die cut size above 50mm diameter.
For sizes smaller than 50mm diameter, we recommend kiss cut + die cut.
Trim to Size can’t apply on reverse print sticker

Shrinkage

Due to nature of material and heat from printer, the sticker will shrink (less) to 4 mm.
