  • The number of eyelets input should be the total number of eyelets required on each side.
  • Advised Eyelets Quantity – Recommended eyelets quantity (1 eyelet per meter, all around).
  • Extra Eyelets Quantity – Additional eyelets quantity (require extra charges).
  • Total Eyelets Quantity – Total eyelets on the banner.
  • For ‘Print Only’ orders, excess white edges will be included.
  • Multiple quantities under ‘Print Only’ will be printed on a single sheet without cuts in between.
  • Print & sew join only for wrapping purposes:
    • size must include the allowance for wrap.
File requirements:
  • When designing the artwork, please allow enough space for the finishings to avoid any elements getting cut off.
    • Eyelets: 50mm around the edge
    • Pocket: size of pocket chosen

Hem & Eyelets

Banner will be given a welded hem (commonly known as fold back finishing) which provide a stronger enforcement for the banner. Eyelets will be distributed equally along the hem.

The standard distribution of eyelets is 1 per metre. If you require a different distribution or special request for the eyelets, kindly let us know your needs when you place your order.

Packaging

Standard Banners will be packaged with a paper core in the center to hold its shape.

Packing Method:
1. Rolled with paper core
– Banners within 3m x 3m
(all finishing except double sided banner)
– Banners with only one side above 3m
(all finishing except long pockets)
2. Folded
– Banner with both side above 3m x 3m
(all finishing)
– Banner with pocket side above 3m
– Double sided banner
(above 900mm x 1800mm)
3. Lay Flat
– Double sided banner
(below 900mm x 1800mm)

For the wrinkles or folded lines, customers may need to use a hot hair dryer to blow or hang in outdoors under the hot sun (for outdoor banners).
