Important Note:
  • 75 Denier Cloth – Material is translucent.
  • 160 Denier Cloth – Material is Opaque with Grey Backing.
  • The base material is a 100% Polyester.
  • Prints recommended to be stored and kept in a rolled format when not in use.
  • Folding the fabric will cause permanent creasings.
  • Trim to size is a kind of finishing too. Please choose standard finishing.
  • The number of eyelets input should be the total number of eyelets required on each side.
  • Advised Eyelets Quantity – Recommended eyelets quantity (1 eyelet per meter, all around).
  • Extra Eyelets Quantity – Additional eyelets quantity (require extra charges).
  • Total Eyelets Quantity – Total eyelets on the banner.
  • For ‘Print Only’ orders, excess white edges will be included.
  • Multiple quantities under ‘Print Only’ will be printed on a single sheet without cuts in between.
File requirements:
  • When designing the artwork, please allow enough space for the finishings to avoid any elements getting cut off.
    • Eyelets: 50mm around the edge
    • Pocket: size of pocket chosen

Fabric Cloth

Fabric cloth printing is similar to PVC banner printing which have variety of usage. The fabric is light in weight and with windy condition, they flow gracefully. Being translucent, it will render you a see-through effect like double-sided printing.
Note: Due to material and ink restrictions, wrinkle lines will form over time at the back of the print due to wear and tear.

Fabric is 70% see through. Outdoor material with outdoor ink, Ideal use for tear drop banner, branding, etc.

160 Denier (Opaque)

A softer way to print your poster or banner, Material not advisable to be ironed, may have memory line when folded.

Ideal for retail, exhibition panels, flag, etc

Tolerance

Print will be slightly off-center with a tolerance of 1-2mm due to stretching of fabric.
