Why, when cutting, will there be tolerance/misalignment?
The machine needs a small gap to allow the card to move through and be cut. Without this space, the card will jam or get stuck.The gap is essential, and this is the tolerance caused.
Due to stock availability, some materials may be out of stock. We will update with new available materials. It is recommended to check the material code for repeat orders to avoid any confusion.

Important note:
  • Designs with borders are NOT recommended.
  • Tolerance is required for designs with borders. An uneven border may appear.
  • Tolerance is required for positioning in double-sided printing.
  • Avoid important details being cut off by the hollow circle or being punched by the eyelet/grommet.
File requirements:
  • For all custom shaped, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files with vector cutlines are required for cutting.
