How to Place an Order with Botak Sign Website

Step 1:

Register an account or sign in into the portal found at the top right-hand corner of the website:

Step 2:

Choose from our various products of Printing or Display Items found at the top of our website:


Step 3:

If you have chosen any of the Printing Products:

You will be given 2 options of Upload Directly  or Upload Via Editor:

1. Select the options for your printing and Upload Directly. 

Upload Directly is if you already have your own printing files (Eg. PDF, Photoshop, Ai, Jpeg, Png, Tiff, Eps).

To assist in the preparation of your artwork, follow the print template as a guideline found at the right-hand corner of each product for reference.


2. Don’t have any ready printing files? Not to worry, that is what Upload via Editor is for.

Upload via Editor is a feature we have on our website that provides editable designs for you to take a look at and edit to your convenience. Here is an example shown below in the video:


Step 4:

Hover over Your Cart, found at the top right-hand corner of the website to Checkout or Generate a Quotation (no payment needed). Once you have made payment at Checkout, an invoice will be sent to you via email straight away.

Step 5:

After making payment, sit back and relax while awaiting completion of your order. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready.

Our dedicated graphic specialist will take a look and send it for printing. If there are any issues with your artwork, they will be in contact with you via email once your order is placed.

We will ensure that the order completion time will meet your deadline.
