Why, when cutting, will there be tolerance/misalignment?
The machine needs a small gap to allow the card to move through and be cut. Without this space, the card will jam or get stuck.The gap is essential, and this is the tolerance caused.
Due to stock availability, some materials may be out of stock. We will update with new available materials. It is recommended to check the material code for repeat orders to avoid any confusion.

• Designs with borders are NOT recommended.
• Tolerance is required for designs with borders. An uneven border may appear.
• Certificates are single-sided.
• It is not writable if it is with lamination.
• Hologram effect on front side only, not both.
• The visibility of holographic effects can be influenced by factors such as background color, and in some cases, these effects may be more pronounced and contrasted against dark backgrounds.
• If you wish to chop or sign on the card, do not opt for 310gsm or lamination.
• Images used are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the actual product.

• To avoid white edges, extend all background colors, images, or elements that touch the edge by at least 2 mm beyond their actual size.
• Keep important content (like text and logos) at least 3-5mm away from the edges to prevent them from being cut off.
